Let's start with a fee quote:
1. WHAT is the residential property you need to be appraised? Please provide either the address, APN, or project name & unit number of the property you'd like appraised.
2. HOW will the appraisal be used? We need to know the intended use of the appraisal to determine the best format for your written appraisal report.
3. WHEN does the value-as-of-date need to be? Is it a current value or retrospective value that you require? If a retrospective value is needed, please provide the retrospective date for the appraisal (such as the date of death.)
Once I know these three items, I can determine the scope of work and provide you with the cost and amount of time I'll need to get the appraisal done.
IN A RUSH?: Let me know, and I'll see what I can move around, if possible.
PREMIUM SERVICE: Occasionally, I get clients requesting to skip the line and go to the top of the queue for an additional fee. If this interests you, please let me know when placing the order, as requests for "front of the line" service are assessed on a per-case basis and not always available.
