2. HOW will the appraisal be used? We need to know the intended use of the appraisal to determine the best format for your written appraisal report.
3. WHEN does the value-as-of-date need to be? Is it a current value or retrospective value that you require? If a retrospective value is needed, please provide the retrospective date for the appraisal (such as the date of death.)
Once I know these three items, I can determine the scope of work and provide you with the cost and amount of time I'll need to get the appraisal done.
